The most justified is a brick wall in a loft-style interior. It was invented by New York youth, who settled in the former industrial buildings. Due to the lack of funds, the walls in such rooms were not finished, they were old brickwork, not covered with whitewash or paint.

Of course, if the house is very old, and the brick used in its construction has already lost its original appearance and chips and cracks have appeared on it, then you will need to work hard on the restoration.
